SEED Summary

SEED, a registered NGO works to help teachers and learners understand and improve the environment. Their work has now extended beyond the Western Cape to other parts of South Africa. 

Thatu has assisted two of their programmes. The first was the three year Sustainable Schools Programme in the Cape Flats. On the basis of their learning from this programme in 2008 they started the Organic Classroom Programme, which Thatu once again supported.
